Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons.

Estimated delivery time after order processing is 3–5 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages
WHOLEDS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
